A moment of clarity journaling bridges mind & body—allowing you to translate the inner stillness into tangible next steps.

1. Clear the Space (1 minute)

  • Light a candle or incense—something simple and natural (lavender or rosemary work beautifully for Virgo).

  • Take a slow breath and say silently:

2. Grounding Breathwork (2 minutes)

  • Sit comfortably with feet on the floor.

  • Practice box breathing (inhale 4 – hold 4 – exhale 4 – hold 4).

4. Clarity Flow Writing (3 minutes)

  • Take a piece of paper.

  • Write one thing you want to release this season.

  • Write one small, doable way you can bring order or alignment into your day or work.

5. Closing Gesture (1 minute)

  • Stand tall. Take one deep breath in, arms overhead.

  • Exhale slowly, bringing hands to your heart.
